Perturbation artistique ou la panique institutionnelle

Nous sommes dans un moment historique où plusieurs options s’affrontent ou se neutralisent : celle des attentes doxiques de la transgression ayant la révolution (politique, sociale, morale) pour horizon ; le cynisme des théories fonctionnalistes actant que toute révolution ne fait que rendre le système plus performant (Talcott Parson) ; ou le renoncement au changement global pour la création successive de Zones Autonomes Temporaires (Hakim Bey). Dans le contexte particulier du monde de l’art, reste à déterminer ce qui pourrait perturber l’institution - créer une panique institutionnelle - dans une configuration où le musée (au sens large) semble à même de pouvoir digérer n’importe quelle posture artistique.

We are in a historical moment where several options are conflicting or neutralize each other: the expectations of doxic transgression with the revolution (political, social, moral) horizon; the cynicism of functionalist theories argue that any revolution makes the system more efficient (Talcott Parsons); or the renunciation of global change for the successive creation of Temporary Autonomy Zones (Hakim Bey). In the particular context of the art world, it remains to determine what might be able to interfere with the institution - to create an institutional panic - in a configuration where the museum (in an expended way) seems to even be able to digest any artistic posture.
